You can make fliers and hand them out. My friends mom did that with her business and she got a BUNCH of customers.

Define “Homecare” You might consider taking flyers to local real estate offices and ask the person at the front desk to slip one in each agents in box – you could do small ads in a local newspaper – Put a sign or display in your yard so people can view driving by – craigslist to offer your services – see if the local radio station will do a short “phone interview” with you and also contact the local chamber of commerce (depending on how much they charge you to join) you’d get referrals to other business owners (plumber hears the homeowner say they could use a service you offer & recommends you) Just try to think outside the box
Here’s to making your first million – think big! Also, get the word out at your local church (if you attend) and send a cute card with your new business info to everyone you know including relatives & friends.

Probably the easiest FREE ON-LINE advertising is writing your own free ad in local Craigslist.com for your particular State then the location or city closest to where you live.
